Restaurant Assistant Manager (Houston, PA)
Develop business strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability; initiate, coordinate, and evaluate store policies and procedures; maintain a clean, safe work environment; motivate and manage workers and conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs; propose innovative ideas to increase market share; complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures; ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service; deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers; report on dining trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
A High school diploma or equivalent foreign degree and 24 months of full-time experience in any assistant position and/or any position in a restaurant environment are required. $52,603 per year.
