Actalent MEP Project Engineer in Horsham, Pennsylvania
Description:
Our client is looking to bring a MEP Project Manager onboard to support multiple large and complex mechanical engineering projects in the Greater Philly, South Jersey, and Lehigh Valley Markets. They are currently working on a $650mil project but could also support other design-build commercial MEP construction projects throughout the area.
Responsibilities:
Communication with all parties on timeline and budget
Manage change orders, material transport, estimates and interpretation of plans and specs for Mechanical aspects of project.
Assemble submittal packages and other documentation.
Procure equipment and materials and services and hiring of subcontractors
Must Haves:
Bachelors degree in engineering
Minimum 4 years experience as a project engineer
Experience and expertise in HVAC and Plumbing
Ability to read Mechanical and plumbing plans
Experience with Change orders, submittals, estimating, and coordination on construction projects
