Language Services Associates, Inc. Compliance Manager in HORSHAM, Pennsylvania

The Compliance, Contracting and Credentialing Manager is responsible for independently managing internal and external client compliance issues and escalates to appropriate stakeholders as necessary, management of interpreter credentialing to ensure Federal, State, and other industry requirements are met, updated, and reviewed regularly with CCC Team Lead and CCC Team members to ensure compliance. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing contractual obligations including adherence to terms and conditions, contract expirations/renewals, and leads audits as contractual issues are identified.

Responsibilities

- - Provide guidance to CCC Team regarding Compliance and Contracting related issues and provide solutions to Senior Level Management to mitigate idenitified risk areas - Accountable for Compliance and Secuirty Audits accuracy, timeliness of delivery, and final review prior to submission by CCC Team Lead. - Review of Annual Compliance Training to ensure accurate content. Oversight of CCC Team Lead, Delivery of Training. - Liaison with Department Heads and other management-level stakeholders to review compliance practices, report identified risks, provide mitigation solutions to VP of Contracting and Compliance. - Using critical thinking skills, address escalated issues independently. - Manage staff as directed inncluding time approvals, time off claendar, and performance reviews. - Delegate projects, audits, and other items as necessary to CCC Team members to include a plan and milestones for completion. - Performs other duties as assigned.
