Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking skilled maintenance technicians for 2nd shift and 3rd shift positions. You will be working in a clean, temperature-controlled, and quiet environment, with state-of-the-art facilities. Each technician is provided with their own tablet for work orders and paperwork.
Responsibilities
Respond to operator calls and troubleshoot issues, comprising 50-60% of the job.
Troubleshoot and perform minor edits on Allen Bradley and Omron PLCs.
Repair and troubleshoot cameras and vision systems.
Work with 3-phase and single-phase motors.
Read and interpret drawings and blueprints for electrical cabinets.
Perform minor in-house fabrication for electrical cabinets.
Rehome, set points, and start up Fanuc and Motoman robots.
Replace sensors and vision system components.
Essential Skills
Experience in PLC troubleshooting, particularly with Allen Bradley and Omron PLCs.
Electrical troubleshooting, including 480v systems.
Mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.
Ability to read schematics and perform preventive maintenance.
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Strong electrical skills are highly desirable.
No specific educational or certification requirements.
Work Environment
Work in an 80,000 sq foot, clean, and temperature-controlled facility. The environment is not noisy, and you will be part of a team of 15 maintenance technicians. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and there is an annual allowance of $150 for boots.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $60320.00/yr.
Vacation begins accruing from day 1
2 weeks of paid time off accrued in year 1
