Job Description
This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days
Technology Risk & Compliance Management #TechRCM is seeking a talented Issue Management Credible Challenge Coordinator with the ability to identify, learn, and apply project management and best practices to remediate identified potential risks for Technology functions.
Successful candidates will have a drive for results with the ability to navigate across business units within Technology. This candidate will coordinate remediation efforts aimed at reducing risk in the environment and ensuring compliance with the Issue Management Policy and frameworks; partner with business lines, other Risk/Compliance/Audit (RCA) professionals, and RCA Managers; participate in efforts and/or activities that ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations; identify gaps and inform solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems or human errors; and identify, respond, and/or escalates risks as appropriate.

Specific responsibilities include:
Engage stakeholders in the credible challenge process
Facilitate intake, including developing management responses and remediation plans
Provide regular status updates and immediate escalation, where applicable
Verify and provide credible challenge of submitted evidence
Early escalation of concerns, where applicable
Coordinate the closure process
Build relationships with stakeholders
Work well in a fast-paced environment
Track and manage remediation plans
Effectively manage to timelines and deliverables
Understand risk considerations and an effective control environment
Communicate and collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of applicable experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business
Considerable understanding of the business line’s operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls, including technology
Considerable knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies, including control environment
Solid process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills and experience
Good presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
Applicable certifications (CISSP, CIA, CISA, CRISC), knowledge of IT industry trends and direction and emerging technologies is desired

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $102,340.00 - $120,400.00 - $132,440.00
