About the Role:
As a CBRE Sr Finance Process Architect, you will provide advanced support and technical assistance to users for complex issues related to a variety of software applications.
This job is part of the Financial Systems job function. They are responsible for ensuring accounting systems operate effectively.
What You’ll Do:
Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Manage sub-processes within an overarching set of financial and technical processes.
Use an innovative approach to document new processes and to problem solve through existing process challenges, such as bottle-necks.
Combine experience and a critical eye to review and analyze existing processes, along with making recommendations for improvements.
Develop and construct processes for the Finance organization within CBRE.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
Identify and communicate process documentation requirements to technical writers.
Meet process output requirements of internal customers.
Resolve any process problems and prevents their recurrences.
Independently conduct follow-up and more in-depth discussions with secondary stakeholders/process users.
Support Managers in discussions with primary stakeholders/leaders to document and memorialize context and decisions.
Evaluate and propose process improvements (Waste elimination, Automation, RPA, Centralization near/offshore) and/or develop new processes from the ground up.
Map out current processes, documents procedures/protocols, process flows, approver levels, decision points, and all relevant information.
Determine the process sequences and interactions of existing processes by working with internal stakeholders/process users to gather requirements to understand the current-state.
Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
Document issues, resolutions or other actions using the incident management system.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Finance Process Architect position is $73,000 per year and the maximum salary for the Sr Finance Process Architect position is $85,000 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
