Banking Service Consultant (CSR)
We are seeking customer-focused, detail-oriented, goal-driven Service Consultant (Call Center Agent) to join our Call Center Team. This role offers a kick-start into the world of banking, where you get to learn about various areas of the bank and how to utilize resources to respond to customers’ inquiries. You’ll gain a foundational knowledge base to build a successful career in the banking industry.
As a Service Consultant, you are the first line of communication for our internal and external customers. You’ll also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment alongside a team who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Job Details:
Role: Banking Service Consultant (CSR)
Duration: 6-month contract to hire
Growth Opportunities: Our bank offers excellent internal transfer opportunities to various departments for those who aspire to grow within the organization.
Work Hours: The call center operates 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will work split days with one weekend day off.
Training Period: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM for 3 months.
Compensation: $20 per hour
Location: Kalihi area, Honolulu, HI
Experience: While call center experience is ideal, we also welcome candidates with experience in customer service, retail, sales, and related fields.
