Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
The Project Manager will lead the project management team, including Project Superintendents, estimators, accounting and administrative staff, and project engineers. The primary objective is to ensure projects are executed on/under budget and on/ahead of schedule.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Oversee the preparation of submittals, schedules of values, and Requests For Information (RFI).
Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment and manage change orders.
Lead collaboration with all project stakeholders, including Clients, General Contractors, Subcontractors and third parties involved in the projects.
Conduct on-site visits as needed, document conditions, and ensure project compliance with drawings and specifications.
Provide direction and support to the project team, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

HVAC Mechanical/Plumbing construction knowledge
AutoCAD experience
Bluebeam experience

Work Environment
Work primarily in industrial, commercial, and shipyard environments. Expect a dynamic and challenging atmosphere with occasional travel to various work sites. The work environment encourages collaboration and effective communication among team members.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $49.00/hr.
