Job Description

Overview:

The Partner Strategy team seeks a Partner Relationship Manager to play a key role on our Oracle Health (OH) team as we drive strategic approaches to staffing with third-party partners.

NOTE: Due to the client contract, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen and eligible for federal security clearance.

This role is responsible for creating and managing strong relationships with Oracle Health Federal Consulting partners. You will work in tangent to Oracle Health Federal Consulting leaders, subcontract resource management analysts, and partners to drive the execution of partner strategies. This individual will work with internal stakeholders to understand subcontracting needs, solicit partner proposals, track contracting status, and more. This individual will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will be required to provide updates to partners and executives on a regular basis.

Job Responsibilities Include, but not Limited to

  • Manage relationships and facilitate standing calls with partners

  • Work with Consulting leadership to understand the pipeline of subcontractor need and partner strategy

  • Work with Consulting to initiate and track partner contracting activities

  • Manage Federal subcontracting RFQ process and rate negotiations

  • Support the coordination of candidate reviews and interviews

  • Support Consulting and Subcontracting Resource Management with onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding of contractors

  • Work with Consulting and partners on performance management of subcontractors, backfill needs, etc.

  • Act as an escalation contact for invoice discrepancies or payment issues

  • Track Partner KPIs and manage partner reviews

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a project management or similar role

  • At least 5 years of completed higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job

• Ability to obtain security clearance necessary for this role which requires being a US citizen

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Ability to build rapport with team members across a matrixed organization

• Experience in driving projects independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience with subcontracting processes / professional services subcontracting

  • Excellent business judgment, including strong written and oral communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in an energetic, fast-paced environment

  • Comfort with ambiguity and creative problem-solving

Expectations:

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from $29.42 to $60.63 per hour; from: $61,200 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
