Job Summary Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking full-time Nurse Aides/Certified Caregivers for its Liliha and Kane'ohe facilities to make sure the safety and doctor-recommended care of our clients is successfully delivered. We provide a warm, compassionate, and personalized experience for each of our clients. This is an individual contributor role. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay of $18 - $22 per hour, paid weekly. Additional benefits may be available at the discretion of the employer. Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities • Provide and assist with basic care to older clients, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, meal preparation, and feeding. • Take and record temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respirations and report any changes. • Monitor patient eating and eliminate any potential hazards. • Respond to clients' requests in a timely and patient manner. • Ensure all clients supervision requirements are met. • Report any changes in health or conditions to physicians or other medical staff. • May perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors. Requirements • Current Nurse Aide/Certified Caregiver Certification. • Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to think quickly and analyze situations accurately. • Ability to use common safety equipment and follow safety procedures. • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Friendly and engaging personality. • Ability to work with diverse populations and backgrounds.
