Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Lead Caregiver to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a Lead Caregiver, you will provide direct care and support to our clients, while also supervising and mentoring a team of NAs/CNAs. This is a full-time position in the healthcare/medical field within the franchise industry, and the individual will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall well-being of our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, leadership skills, and a passion for helping seniors maintain their independence.
