Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced NAs/CNAs Lead Caregiver to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu. This individual will serve as a role model and mentor to our team of caregivers, ensuring high-quality care is provided to our senior clients. They will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of caregivers, as well as assisting with care tasks as needed. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a salary range of $18 to $25 per hour and paid weekly. The job is located in Honolulu, Hawaii, in the healthcare/medical industry. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary range of $18 to $25 per hour • Paid weekly • Full-time position • Opportunity for advancement within a growing company • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: • Supervise and support a team of caregivers • Train new caregivers on care techniques, company policies, and procedures • Assist with client care as needed, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting • Coordinate caregiver schedules and adjust as needed to ensure adequate coverage for clients • Communicate regularly with clients and their families to ensure their needs and expectations are met • Monitor and document client progress and report any concerns to appropriate parties • Conduct regular performance evaluations for caregivers and provide feedback for improvement • Handle any client or caregiver concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner • Maintain accurate and organized client and caregiver records • Adhere to all state and federal regulations and company policies Requirements: • Current NAs/CNAs certification • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a caregiver • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred • Ability to work with seniors and assist with various care tasks • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Always Best Care Senior Services is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
