Job Summary Lead Caregiver - $20/hr CNAs at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu We are looking for a compassionate Lead Caregiver to provide non-medical support and assistance to elderly and disabled individuals in the community. As Lead Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing superior home care, home health care, and hospice services to our clients. Your primary duties will include but are not limited to offering companionship, monitoring medication, helping with mobility, providing transportation, completing errands, and providing personal hygiene assistance. Compensation & Benefits This position offers a competitive salary of $18 to $20 per hour, paid weekly. Additionally, we offer excellent benefits, including dental, vision and medical insurance, paid holiday and vacation time, and a generous sign-on bonus. Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities • Monitor vital signs for the health and safety of clients. • Administer medication in accordance with prescribed doctor’s orders. • Offer companionship and mutual support to clients. • Assist clients with mobility and transfers, rehabilitation exercises, assistance to and from doctor appointments, etc. • Take initiative in providing household tasks, transportation, and errands. • Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling and filing medical forms as necessary. • Enhance the quality of life, bring comfort and safety to those in our care.
