Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, a leading senior care franchise in Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Caregiver to join our team. As a Lead Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to seniors in their homes, while also leading and supervising a team of CNAs. This is a full-time, salaried position in the healthcare/medical industry. Compensation & Benefits: The Lead Caregiver position offers a competitive salary of $18 to $20 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and opportunities for advancement within the company.   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: - Provide direct personal care and assistance to seniors as needed, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication reminders - Lead, supervise, and train a team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) - Create and maintain individualized care plans for each client, based on their specific needs and preferences - Communicate regularly with clients and their families to ensure their needs are being met and any concerns are addressed promptly - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care and client progress - Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and state regulations regarding senior care - Assist with daily household tasks, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry, as needed - Act as a positive role model for the team, promoting a culture of compassion, professionalism, and excellence in care Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year experience in a caregiving or healthcare role, with a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification - Strong leadership and supervisory skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to make independent judgments and decisions in emergency situations - Passion for working with seniors and a dedication to providing high-quality care - Must be able to pass a thorough background check and drug screening - Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license   Call for more details: 808-207-8558 To schedule an interview, click here: www.abcoahu.com EEOC Statement: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is an equal opportunity employer.
