Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking a Lead Caregiver to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a Lead Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to our clients and leading a team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary of $20 per hour. Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: $18 - $20 per hour, paid weekly - Full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement - Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off and sick leave - Ongoing training and support from our experienced team   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: - Provide direct care and support to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Lead and supervise a team of CNAs to ensure all clients receive high-quality and compassionate care - Create and update care plans for each client based on their specific needs and preferences - Monitor clients' health and well-being, communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided - Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed - Build positive relationships with clients and their families, and serve as a liaison between them and our organization Requirements: - Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Hawaii - Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience, preferably in a senior care setting - Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Ability to lift and move clients as needed - Must pass a background check and drug screening   Call for more details: 808-207-8558 To schedule an interview, click here: www.abcoahu.com EEOC Statement: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is an equal opportunity employer.
