Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Caregiver to join our team. The Lead Caregiver will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our senior clients in their homes. This position requires a caring and dedicated individual who is able to work independently and provide guidance to a team of CNAs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in caregiving, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $20-24/hr, depending on experience Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Benefits: Paid time off, healthcare, and other company perks   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: - Provide direct care and support to senior clients in their homes - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer medications according to the care plan - Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the appropriate medical professionals - Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients - Train and supervise a team of CNAs - Manage scheduling and assign caregivers to clients - Communicate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for clients - Provide emotional support and companionship to clients - Follow all company policies and procedures Requirements: - Valid CNA certification from an accredited program - Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience, preferably in a leadership role - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to pass a background check and drug test - Knowledge of basic medical terminology and medication administration - Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks necessary for caregiving - Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed - CPR/First Aid certification is a plus   Call for more details: 808-207-8558 To schedule an interview, click here: www.abcoahu.com EEOC Statement: Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, or any other legally protected status.
