Description
Robert Half is seeking a dynamic and reliable General Office Clerk Specialist to join the team of a well-established Financial Services company. As a key member of the office support staff, the General Office Clerk Specialist will contribute to the success of the office and the company. This General Office Clerk Specialist position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Duties:
Assist with answering incoming calls at the reception desk and transfer them to the appropriate person.
Sort, scan, maintain digital records, and distribute incoming mail, as well as handle outgoing mail.
Run errands and make deliveries to clients within the downtown area.
Organize office documents into appropriate binders and folders for easy accessibility.
Print documents.
Clean and upkeep office areas, ensuring a tidy and professional workspace.
Assist with sending out faxes when required.
Requirements
Requirements:
3+ years recent clerical experience.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) to handle basic administrative tasks.
Proficiency in using standard office equipment, including a computer, fax machine, photocopier, scanner, printer, and postage meter.
Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
Personal qualities of integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
An Associate's degree or higher preferred.
