Oracle Data Migration Engineer II in Honolulu, Hawaii

Job Description

Assists with analyzing complex business problems solved with automated systems. As part of the Data Management and Migration delivery team you will be responsible for data mapping and establishing acceptance testing criteria that support business processes. Your duties and tasks are standard with some variation. You will be responsible for completing your own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Key skills and abilities include facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. As a member of the Technology Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that quality projects are delivered in a timely manner, on budget, and to our customers’ satisfaction.

  • U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts.

  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card applicable to your position.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • 2 + years of experience in a technical role, (data migration, system migration, ETL engagement)

  • 2 + years of experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution.

  • A BS in computer science or related field.

  • Proficiency in SQL and Linux back-end command experience.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects.

  • U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts.

  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card applicable to your position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Python, C# CCL.

  • Experience in workflow documentation.

  • At least 2+ years of experience working on Data Migration or Interoperability FHIR/HL7

  • At least 2+ years of experience and a solid understanding of database technologies

  • Experience in Electronic Medical Record workflow documentation.

  • Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders.

Expectations:

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Willing to travel up to 10% as needed.

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour; from: $53,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
