Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs and NAs to join our team in Kaneohe. As a CNA/NA, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our clients in their homes or assisted living facilities. This position offers weekly pay and flexible hours, allowing for a good work-life balance. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary range of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly. We also offer ongoing training and development opportunities to further enhance your skills and career advancement.   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: - Provide basic care and assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting - Assist with mobility and transfers, as well as light housekeeping and meal preparation - Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor - Administer medications according to plan of care - Create a safe and comfortable environment for clients - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families - Complete all required documentation and maintain accurate records of care provided - Follow all infection control and safety protocols - Communicate effectively with the care team and other healthcare professionals Requirements: - Current state certification as a CNA or NA - Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred - Ability to pass a background check and drug screen - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and patient nature - Ability to follow directions and work independently - Proficient in basic computer skills - Must have a reliable mode of transportation and a valid driver's license - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays   Call for more details: 808-207-8558 To schedule an interview, click here: www.abcoahu.com EEOC Statement: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
