Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking a dependable and compassionate individual to fill the role of CNAs Lead Caregiver. This full-time, individual contributor position will be responsible for overseeing the care of our senior clients in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a leader, the CNAs Lead Caregiver will work closely with our team of caregivers to ensure the highest level of care is provided to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or senior care and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Compensation and Benefits: The CNAs Lead Caregiver position offers a competitive salary of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: - Oversee the care of senior clients, providing support and guidance to a team of caregivers - Develop and maintain care plans for each client, ensuring their individual needs and preferences are met - Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for all clients - Train and mentor new caregivers, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our organization's policies and procedures - Provide direct care to clients as needed, including assistance with activities of daily living and medication management - Monitor and document clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties - Communicate regularly with clients' families to provide updates on their care and address any questions or concerns - Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients - Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and maintain client confidentiality - Participate in team meetings and ongoing training and education as required by our organization Requirements: - Current certification as a CNA - Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare or senior care - Strong leadership and communication skills - Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards seniors - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening   Call for more details: 808-207-8558 To schedule an interview, click here: www.abcoahu.com EEOC Statement: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse work environment.
