Army Fielding Coordinator

KBR is seeking an Army Fielding Coordinator to be based in Oahu, HI and support INDOPACOM fielding of Army Air and Missile Defense products. Applicants should have an understanding of Army Air and Missile Defense sensors and their integration into system of system architectures.

The Fielding Coordinator will be a forward-based representative for Army Program Executive Office Missiles and Space sensor products. The candidate will be responsible for coordination with local military commands and planning and scheduling for all aspects of deploying Army products in the INDOPACOM area of responsibility. Once employed, the candidate will coordinate training, testing and sustainment of these operational sensors. Candidate must be able to prepare and present briefings to all levels of leadership and be able to clearly and accurately communicate both verbally and in writing complex thoughts and ideas. Must be comfortable interacting with and mentoring all military ranks from the junior soldiers to senior leaders. Individual must be a self-starter with an ability to function autonomously with little or no direct supervision. A broad understanding of the Army Total Package / Fielding Process and New Equipment Training (NET) is preferred. Experience in working with Army and Joint commands to plan and conduct product fieldings is preferred.

Required

  • Must be a US Citizen and possess a Top Secret clearance

  • Bachelors degree and 10 years of experience with Army products.

  • Knowledge and experience with planning, coordinating, fielding, and sustaining Army products

  • Base operations out of Oahu, HI Government site

  • Frequent OCONUS Travel to INDOPACOM area of responsibility

    Preferred

  • Knowledge and understanding of Army sensors capabilities and employment

  • A working knowledge of Army logistics and supply procedures, supply chain operations and inventory management in support of sensor maintenance and operational availability

    Basic Compensation:

  • $100,000- 185,000k

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
