TEKsystems Administrative Assistant in Honolulu, Hawaii

As the Admin Assistant, you will work directly for the company’s Vice President of Clinical Operations, who oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. Important responsibilities include administering the day-to-day operations of the office, conducting client communications, Outlook calendar management, and implementing new office programs and procedures.

This is a fast-growing company, with a high level of internal growth and development available.

Required: Outlook calendar management experience

Pay: Starts at $20/hour depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8a - 4:30p

Location: Downtown Honolulu
