Position Details:
Facility: BayCare HomeCare
Location: Spring Hill, FL
Status: Part Time (20 hours per week)
Shift Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Weekend Work: None
Home visits in assigned service area: Spring Hill, Brooksville, Hernando Beach, and surrounding areas

Speech Therapist Responsibilities include:
Evaluating and developing plan of care to implement specific treatment programs for individual patients based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of the profession of Speech Language Pathology
Conducting home visits and providing services based on plan of care
Working in conjunction with other disciplines such as RNs, LPNs, therapy, etc.
Requirements:
Education: Master's degree in Speech Therapy/Speech Pathology
Licensures: Florida Driver's License (within 30 days of hire), Speech Therapy, and BLS
Experience: 1 year of healthcare experience related to Speech Therapy
Preferred: Home Care
