Position Specific Description
This role is a full-time position located at the Gulfstream Service Center, in South Broward. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Under minimal supervision:
Compiles basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials
Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures
Exercises independent judgment and employs basic reasoning skills
Maintains or prepares records and documentation
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Grad / GED
Experience: 3+ years
