Job Title: Solderer - Clean Room
Job Description
We are seeking a Solderer to join our team in a clean room environment. This position requires individuals to perform soldering and rework on boards at a sitting/standing workstation. We offer a great work environment with clean, quiet, and air-conditioned facilities that meet static/electric safe standards.
Responsibilities
Perform soldering tasks using a solder gun to make connections between components.
Conduct rework and repair tasks on circuit boards.
Stand or sit at a workstation to handle small parts and components.
Follow job sheets to place parts accurately on circuit boards.
Operate pneumatic-powered assembly/shuttle lines for hand assembly of circuitry and hardware.
Work with small parts, ensuring good hand dexterity and precision.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of personal or professional soldering experience.
Ability to work with small parts and good hand dexterity.
Stable work history in a production or manufacturing role.
Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in electronics assembly, wire harness, CNC, welding, or related fields.
Experience with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machines or testing machines on finished boards.

Work Environment
The entire production floor is clean room rated, ensuring a very clean and quiet environment. The facility is air-conditioned, and all materials are moved by pallet jacks, eliminating the need for forklifts. Employees will work on either the 2nd shift (3 p.m. - 11 p.m.) or the 3rd shift (11 p.m. - 7 a.m.) and must be available to work Saturdays as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of Holly, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
