Job Title: Factory Worker
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Clean Room Assembly Technicians for an electronics manufacturer in the medical device industry located in Holly, MI. Responsibilities
Stand 100% of the time in front of a pneumatic-powered assembly/shuttle line.
Handle circuit boards and various hardware moved by the pneumatic shuttle.
Read job sheets that explain exactly what parts to place and where.
Place dime and quarter-sized pieces from bins by hand into circuit boards.
Stand at work station putting parts the size of push tacks on circuit boards (Operator A).
Operate SMT machines or run testing machines on finished boards (Operator B).
Perform soldering work throughout the day (Operator C).
Essential Skills
Minimum 1 year work experience in a production/manufacturing environment for Operator A.
Minimum 1 year work experience as a CNC, SMT, or PCBA operator, wire harness technician, solderer, electronics repair/assembly, wire puller, or in automotive electrical work for Operator B.
Minimum 1 year work experience as a solderer for Operator C.
Ability to read from job sheets.
Proficiency in working with small parts and having good hand dexterity.
Willingness to work on Saturdays.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in medical assembly, wire harness, CNC, soldering, and welding.
Stable work history in a production role (no recent jobs under 1 year unless supported by a strong anchor within 1-2 years).

Work Environment
The entire production floor is clean room rated, providing a quiet and air-conditioned environment. All movement is managed by pallet jacks, ensuring a calm atmosphere. The job requires availability for the 2nd shift (3 p.m. - 11 p.m.) and 3rd shift (11 p.m. - 7 a.m.), with the expectation to work on Saturdays as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of Grand Blanc, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
