Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled Controls Technicians for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in our automated facility. Technicians will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various control systems and equipment. Working closely within a team, you will utilize laptops and communication devices to ensure smooth operations and effective repairs.
Responsibilities
Monitor PLC programs (Mitsubishi and/or Siemens) developed by vendors using various inspection logic and HMI.
Control documentation and equipment configuration changes.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, inspection flow, and control components.
Diagnose and repair various statuses (I/O Boards, encoder, light controller, module, and devices).
Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance.
Understanding of electrical circuits and industrial systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair PLC system faults.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and programming.
Experience with Mitsubishi PLC.

Work Environment
Our facility is enormous, requiring a lot of walking between buildings and across the plant. One of the departments is a dry room, necessitating specific attire such as a garb and beard net if applicable. The environment is meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and brightly lit. We prioritize a 5S3K system to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $77792.00/yr.
LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc. offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents.
