Kuehne+Nagel Road Logistics Intern (1 year) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

You will be part of our Road Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of customer excellence.

Your Role

You has a general responsibility in customer database and identify demand for Road Logistics products. He/ You are also responsible to maintain good relationship with customers/ internal customer meanwhile be able to work multiple tasks with strong focus.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify new customers through cold calls and collect customer business transaction, personal in charge and specific needs for Road Logistics services.

  • Collaborate with Sales Lead, or Manager about customer high level requirement if any.

  • Support process mapping, data analysis and customer business flow.

  • Follow up pricing collection and timeline submission of RFQs.

  • Coordinate with Operation team to collect documents including SOPs, business show case, report which Sales leads/Managers/Customers' requests.

  • Ensure the accuracy + consistency of all documents.

  • Assist Sales team in other task to achieve excellent of business development.

  • Summarize weekly report of Sales team to help Managers review sales performance.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Logistics, Import/ Export, Supply Chain Management.

  • Be able to take the fulltime internship for 12 months.

  • Competent Customer Clearance & Road Logistics knowledge.

  • Customer-oriented.

  • Good at Communication and problem solving.

  • Good command of English.

  • Fast learner, careful, eager to learn, can-do-attitude.
