A Day in the Life

Import Export Analyst (Medical Devices)

  • Performers a variety of import/export duties that include processing papers necessary to facilitate shipments between international locations.

  • Administers the efficient and economical movement of goods in accordance with organizational policies.

  • Prepares reviews, approves and maintains files for import/export documents required for the lawful completion of import/export activities.

  • Serves as an import/export liaison for international customers/subsidiaries, distribution, procurement, planning, manufacturing, intercompany finance, regulatory and import/export compliance functions.

  • Plans, schedules and routes imports and exports, including monitoring the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations, ensuring related customer service, brokerage and customs transaction compliance.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.

  • 5 years’ work experience in Import or Export.

  • Experience from global multinational companies in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device would be beneficial.

  • Good English & Vietnamese communication skills (writing and speaking).

  • Service minded with strong customer orientation, high sense of responsibility, integrity, team player and work well under pressure

  • Experiences in SAP would be advantage but not compulsory.
