A Day in the Life
Import Export Analyst (Medical Devices)
Performers a variety of import/export duties that include processing papers necessary to facilitate shipments between international locations.
Administers the efficient and economical movement of goods in accordance with organizational policies.
Prepares reviews, approves and maintains files for import/export documents required for the lawful completion of import/export activities.
Serves as an import/export liaison for international customers/subsidiaries, distribution, procurement, planning, manufacturing, intercompany finance, regulatory and import/export compliance functions.
Plans, schedules and routes imports and exports, including monitoring the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations, ensuring related customer service, brokerage and customs transaction compliance.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree or Master, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
5 years’ work experience in Import or Export.
Experience from global multinational companies in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device would be beneficial.
Good English & Vietnamese communication skills (writing and speaking).
Service minded with strong customer orientation, high sense of responsibility, integrity, team player and work well under pressure
Experiences in SAP would be advantage but not compulsory.
