Google Head of Vietnam, Google Customer Solutions in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent practical experience.

  • 12 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or commercial role.

  • Experience leading people and teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management, managing advertising and/or media campaigns.

  • Global experience across Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Operations roles.

  • Ability to conduct necessary business communications in English professionally and fluently (written and spoken).

  • Ability to drive results in a multinational matrixed organization.

  • Proven track record in creating and implementing successful sales strategies with customers.

  • Ability to lead teams of different cultures within different geographies.

As Head of Vietnam for GCS SEA, you’ll lead and coach high-performing account teams that use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers’ needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. Sales managers willingly help their teams and roll up their sleeves to partner directly with clients to provide comprehensive service. You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a large team, and you take an analytical approach to sales management.
