We are immediately seeking a skilled and highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team in Hilversum. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the construction/real estate industry, with a focus on coordinating site activities, ensuring project timelines and quality standards, liaising with contractors and suppliers on site, and supporting our Projects team in achieving successful outcomes for a major client in Hilversum. This role is critical in facilitating efficient project execution, maintaining clear communication between stakeholders, and overseeing daily construction site operations, including pre-construction mobilizations and final transfers to clients.
Skills to be successful:
1.Site Coordination and Management:
- Function as the primary point of contact for all site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
2.Support the Project Management team:
Assist our project delivery team in developing project schedules, budgets and Program of Requirements.
Support and manage client relationships and client satisfaction.
Support the financial aspect of projects; project budgeting and invoicing.
3.Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Facilitate communication between project teams, contractors and local stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve issues quickly.
4.Health, Safety and Compliance:
Compliance with CBRE's QHSE standards and requirements.
Maintain (or obtain shortly after commencement) the necessary SCC certification related to HSE: Safety, Health, Environment.
5.Logistics and Resource Management:
- Coordinate site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment availability and labor coordination.
Who are you?
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is desired.
Proven experience (2+ years) in site coordination and/or construction management, specifically within company real estate projects.
Experience with project management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project), and a willingness to learn new ones.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
