The Cullasaja Homeowners Association is searching for additional teammates to assist with our consistent growth in several departments. Cullasaja is a 300-home community between Highlands and Cashiers with an HOA that provides 24-hour security, in-home repairs and maintenance services, landscape services, and contractor oversight.

TheRepairs and Maintenance Technicianis a versatile and skilled role responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, carpentry, and installation tasks in various settings within the Cullasaja Homeowners Association community. This position requires excellent communication and maintenance skills, and a passion for customer service.
This full-time, year-round position will offer a competitive salary (dependent on experience) and full benefits. Experience required:
Three years PAY:
$18.00 - $20.50 per hour
