The Cullasaja Homeowners Association is searching for additional teammates to assist with our consistent growth in several departments. Cullasaja is a 300-home community between Highlands and Cashiers with an HOA that provides 24-hour security, in-home repairs and maintenance services, landscape services, and contractor oversight.

TheAssistant Landscape Directoris a key role responsible for supporting the Landscape Director in coordinating and managing various landscape services within the Cullasaja Homeowners Association (HOA) community. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of landscape service professionals.
This full-time, year-round position will offer a competitive salary (dependent on experience) and full benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
