Job Title: Senior Audio Visual Analyst
Location: Hershey, PA
Type: 3 months (contract)
Hours: M-F / 8 AM – 5 PM (hours may vary for coverage)
Senior Audio Visual Analyst Overview:
System One is seeking a Senior Audio Visual Analyst to support a global client in Hershey. This role involves daily support for AV equipment and projects, including conference rooms, phones, and other AV systems. The successful candidate will also assist in producing cinematic video content, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, and managing budget and process guidelines. Additionally, this individual will help with event planning, coordination of AV equipment, sound mixing, and video distribution.
Senior Audio Visual Analyst Responsibilities:
Lead and provide technical expertise in video-conferencing, creating technology roadmaps and strategies.
Research AV industry trends and recommend software and equipment purchases.
Lead upgrades for video-conferencing and live streaming systems.
Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and cross-functional groups to produce video products for broadcasting, streaming, webcasting, and digital distribution.
Operate and manage small multi-camera setups, portable live studio configurations, video switching, character generation, digital video effects equipment, cameras, and audio mixers.
Set up and adjust studio lighting for video productions.
Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Perform video production tasks such as field-based production, interacting with clients, and handling all portable video and audio equipment.
Plan and execute video post-production tasks including editing, transcoding, audio adjustments, color correction, and final edits using Vegas Pro.
Incorporate computer graphics and special effects into video post-production based on production concepts.
Compress video projects for output, capture recorded video, and encode media appropriately for different platforms.
Work closely with sales and technical vendors (e.g., Polycom, Cisco, Microsoft, Crestron) to ensure smooth AV operations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure video products are delivered in various formats, including DVDs or streaming media files, and optimized for different digital interfaces.
Senior Audio Visual Analyst Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:
5-7 years of experience working with audio-visual technology.
Proven experience producing live and on-demand video events.
Expertise in editing and producing quality videos for internal corporate meetings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels.
Ability to work effectively with other technical teams, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and deliver high-quality audio/video experiences.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of AV equipment, including Cisco, Polycom, Crestron, ClearOne, Shure, Barco.
Senior Audio Visual Analyst Additional Skills:
Proficient with video production tools and post-production software such as Vegas Pro.
Experience in creating and managing multi-camera video productions and live-streaming setups.
Comfortable with both technical and creative aspects of AV production.
