An Association is seeking a Webcast Producer Specialist to host live educational webinars, manage on-demand workshops, and produce virtual online events. The Webcast Producer will lead the production and management of interactive, online training experiences, inclusive of the end-to-end process from requirements definition through planning, presenter coordination, event execution, and performance tracking.
The Webcast Producer will facilitate several webcasts per month; identifying speakers and managing the logistics, production and customer experience for each event. They will also work closely with other members of the marketing team to promote the webcasts to increase traffic to our full library of online training.
Maintain and grow a comprehensive webinar and online workshop strategy based on strategic marketing team goals.
Act as on-air/broadcast moderator. Facilitate live webinars as well as provide introductions, commentary, Q& A and other types of moderator services.
Detailed planning and flawless execution of live and on-demand event program. Create an event calendar mapping out all events for the quarter so each has 8 - 12 week planning and execution period.
Identify, contact, and manage all subject matter experts and contributors based on our guidelines.
Perform dry-run sessions with speakers to provide training on the conference technology and process for the live event.
Maintain all shared resources including platforms, services, calendars, reports, etc. to ensure clear communication and timely completion of all deadlines.
Review materials, including slides and related content, to ensure adherence to guidelines. Act as a brand expert to ensure externally developed materials conform to standards.
Assist webinar attendees and presenters before, during, and after sessions with issues/questions.
Manage the online library of recorded sessions and materials.
Create custom web pages to promote webcasts using an existing template on Drupal CMS; post webcast info to event calendars; work with speakers to leverage their audience/opt-in lists to boost registrations.
Create and update event documentation (schedules, reminder, and post-event emails, training documents).
Re-purpose webinar content using the recording and transcript of each event.
Monitor the effectiveness of webinar/online workshop program against agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on program results and progress.
Manage performance of the live and recorded event program, including both predictive registrations and traffic and through post-event reports, including findings and recommendations for future events.
Work with team to brainstorm and develop creative and effective marketing strategies on an ongoing basis. Test new enhancements and formats to increase outreach and effectiveness of the program.
