As a CACI Solution Operations Specialist, you will provide solution and proposal development support across the Technology Solutions Group, ensuring CACI proposals provide compelling, executable solutions that receive favorable evaluations from Government customers within the DoD, IC, and IA marketplaces. You will be working closely with members of the TSG, as well as line members from all seven Lines of Business (LOBs).
You will be required to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts virtually and in-person.
Responsibilities:
You will work with the Technology Solutions Group (TSG) to develop a complete and compelling response to Government needs and requirements. In addition to this, the TSG coordinates with partners in Business Development, Proposal Operations, and Capture Management, as well as Line Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create a successful proposal.
Specifically, Strategy and Development P4 (Solution Operations Specialist) can expect:
• Provide document support and assist in the implementation of solution content throughout the proposal process.
• Provide planning and administrative support for all bids. Work with leadership to update and maintain schedules for solution reviews for TSG bids and put out meeting requests as needed for all related events (Reviews, Deep Dives, etc.).
• Provide data gathering/document development support to Solution Operations experts.
• Ensure documents are compliant while carrying across the solution developed by TSG members throughout all phases. Coordinate with a variety of stakeholders to ensure proper Knowledge Management.
• Conduct analysis on raw proposal and solution information to develop early solution outlines for design and storyboard phases and assist in revising graphics that support the formation of solution documents.
• Provide support to SMEs to build solution documents that address customer/stakeholder hot buttons, critical issues, and stated requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 7 years of experience supporting federal contracting and/or proposal development efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Psychology, Sociology, International Affairs, or a related field.
• Must effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, with a strong attention to detail.
• Must have strong organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to complete tasks and efforts on-time in a remote environment, with little to no supervision.
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.) with practical understanding of SharePoint.
• Must have a minimum of an Interim Secret security clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI.
Desired:
• Experience working in or with Adobe Illustrator.
• Understanding of the U.S. national security and federal contracting apparatus.
• Skills in writing, editing, and conceptualizing graphics and/or working with SMEs in completing these tasks.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$102,900 - $216,200
