Residential Program Supervisor (Habilitation Aide Services) -- located in Hermitage, PA

Professional position providing case management and supervision in Habilitation Aide services, Community Participation Services and providing back up to Community employment. Clients are typically between the ages of 18 and 70+ years and have intellectual or developmental disabilities. Duties involve serving as an assistant to the Assistant Program Directors in the supervision of Direct Care Professionals. The RPS is responsible for the ongoing monitoring of the individuals' services and assuring individuals receive services as scheduled. Some afternoon and evening hours required. Also involves occasional on-call responsibilities with other RPS staff, including weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays.
Full-time position (40 hours per week.) $18.00-$19.00 per hour. Includes major medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term disability, life insurance, and employer sponsored retirement.
Applicants [MUST]{.underline} have a Bachelor's degree (preferably in a human services field) and [MUST]{.underline} have at least two (2) years of experience working directly with the intellectually and developmentally disabled. All applicants must have excellent computer skills and be proficient with electronic devices. Applicants also must be a self-starter and be highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Supervisory experience a definite plus.
Position also requires successful clearances, negative drug screen, valid driver's license, good driving record, reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and successful references.
