Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist/Recruiter to manage recruitment processes and provide strategic HR support within a dynamic organization. This role involves partnering with leadership to align workforce planning and employee engagement with business goals, while also driving diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition o Manage job posting, sourcing, screening, and onboarding. o Develop search strategies to attract diverse talent and build relationships with community organizations and agencies to expand candidate networks. o Coordinate interviews, assess candidates using behavioral and situational techniques, and prepare job offers. o Advise leadership on market trends and provide insights on competitive compensation strategies. • HR Strategy & Workforce Planning o Partner with managers to identify future talent needs, provide feedback, and mentor leaders on HR best practices. o Align workforce planning with business objectives, analyze data trends, and recommend actions to improve performance. o Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure effective communication across departments. • Employee Life Cycle Management o Oversee onboarding, orientation, performance reviews, merit increases, and the separation process, including exit interviews. o Ensure smooth execution of recruitment programs, budget management, and retention strategies. • Compliance & Policy Implementation o Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and global HR initiatives. o Conduct investigations into policy violations and provide resolutions. o Lead and participate in projects aimed at improving HR processes and employee satisfaction. • Employee Engagement & Development o Support diversity and inclusion efforts throughout recruitment and HR processes. o Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. o Organize and participate in educational programs on global HR initiatives.
