ManpowerGroup Plastics Production - Compound Operator in Henderson, Kentucky
Our client in the Plastics Industry is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the Compounding or Reactor plant. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, open shift availability, and the ability to lift up to 55 pounds, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Compound Production Operator
Location: Henderson, KY
Pay Range: $18.00/hr or higher, based on plastics experience
What’s the Job?
Prepare batches of product according to established formulas and procedures
Weigh and measure ingredients
Operate and maintain compounding equipment
Conduct quality control checks
Follow safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures
What’s Needed?
2 years of plastics and/or production experience
Ability to work 12 hours shifts
Experience with Materials Handling, Warehouse Operations, or Forklift Operation
A resume highlighting your recent work history
