System One Production Associate I- 1ST SHIFT in Henderson, Colorado

Job Summary: The Production Associate I operates machines and production equipment within a manufacturing environment, adhering to quality and productivity standards with direct guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE):

  • Stop work for major injury hazards and report promptly.

  • Report work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards.

  • Adhere to HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Promote interdependence and correct hazards within capability.

  • Minimize negative environmental impact.

  • Participate in HSE training.

  • Quality:

  • Follow standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures.

  • Identify and report issues affecting cost and quality.

  • Conduct quality inspections and manage non-conforming material.

  • Delivery:

  • Operate manual and automated equipment to meet customer expectations.

  • Achieve production goals within defined standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness, perform routine housekeeping, and planned maintenance tasks.

  • Assist in equipment maintenance and repairs.

  • Teamwork:

  • Communicate effectively within teams and support groups.

  • Participate in training and personal development.

  • Contribute actively to improving quality, safety, processes, and employee development.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • May require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

  • Minimal or no work experience required.

Top 3 Skills Required:

  • General construction skills.

  • Mechanical aptitude.

  • Installing fiberglass insulation.

Additional Manager Notes:

  • Day-to-day responsibilities include installing fiberglass insulation, working with ladders/scissor lifts and fall protection, using power tools, cutting/grinding, caulking/painting, installing door hardware, wearing Tyvek suits, working with sheet metal, and reading tape measures.

  • First shift role (7am-3:30pm), potential for extension or full-time employment.

  • Onsite interviews will be requested by the manager.

Pay Rate: Up to $21/hour.
