We are looking for a Product Manager to drive clinical content and clinically-related features of CAA. As part of the Oracle Health AI Product Management team, you will own and drive new initiatives geared toward physician efficiency and clinical assistance. This role is critical to alleviating burnout for healthcare workers and improving patient engagement.
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineers and clinicians to understand CAA clinical related needs, and prioritize them.
Establish and articulate product differentiation from competitors. Able to understand both the strategic and economic value of key enhancements to product amongst multiple other competing priorities.
Work with the UX and Engineering to prioritize the backlog, articulate clear feature stories with mockups, plan sprints, and deliver features.
Contribute to product planning exercises; ensure plans incorporate customer research, usability studies, and market analysis.
Develop requirements documents for the engineering teams’ consumption to help them understand the healthcare provider experience from features and functionalities.
Communicate requirements and track development sprints, lead testing, and acceptance of the new features, including customer validations.
Define product roadmap to deliver products that healthcare clients will utilize and achieve expected business outcomes.
Analyze product performance metrics, synthesize takeaways, iterate with Engineering, and ensure quality, compliance, risk, and regulatory expectations.
Objective Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for a Product Manager position, the Objective Minimum Qualifications (OMQs) below must be met. Please ensure the application clearly indicates that you meet these OMQs.
5+ years in product management related to EMR or clinical IT products
7+ years of relevant professional experience in product management
Familiarity with terminology and ontology in healthcare
Qualifications :
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a clinical field, business, computer science or engineering or an equivalent experience
Experience scaling already launched products and gaining market traction
Career Level - IC3

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $74,700 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
