Description:
We are seeking a mid-level Program Analyst to support a client in San Diego, CA.
Location: Hybrid - San Diego, CA.
Rate: ( $65 - $75 / hr. W2 )
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A Junior Program Manager or Analyst role, ideal for someone looking to grow into a PM position in the future
Experience with Oracle ERP and inventory management (familiarity with batch or day-to-day transactions is key)
Familiarity with Agile project management is a plus
Strong potential for career growth into a full PM role
Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
Data entry, data cleanup, and data support tasks
Assisting with smaller, tactical tasks to support the program managers
Program analyst role with potential client-facing duties (majority of work is internal-facing)
Supporting work order management and inventory management
Coordinating between program managers and inventory managers to meet delivery schedules
Assisting with physical inventories and product management across a wide range of products
Support Structure:
- Supports the entire portfolio of 3 Logistics Program Managers
Key Tools & Systems:
Primary Tools:
JIRA: Used to track tasks and manage an internal ticketing system
Oracle ERP: Used for day-to-day transactions, batch transactions, and material coordination
Duties in JIRA and Oracle:
Opening JIRA tickets for material pulling or shipping setup
Managing inventory data within Oracle and tracking transactions
ERP experience in Oracle preferred, but candidates with SAP experience may be considered
Agile Environment:
- Project management and material requirements tracked in Agile using PLMS (Project Life Cycle Management System)
Experience Requirements:
Experience:
Must have 3-5 years of minimum experience .
ERP experience and understanding of work order and inventory management (Oracle preferred).
Oracle or SAP (or both)
Talking to shipping/receiving folks, demand planners, supply planners for inventory control, depot managers, and working with Logistics Program Managers
Must be U.S. Citizens.
Clearance not required
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree not required, but is a nice-to-have.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
