Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA ) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Project Management Specialist (Level 3) to join the team in Helena, MT.

The Program Management Integration team supports the Fabrication Work Movement Execution Team and Helena Site production system. We are hiring a project manager to lead Fabrication Strategic initiatives focused on strengthening the enterprise internal and external supply chain. The candidate will also lead integration activities across the Helena Site to improve safety, first pass quality and flow time across the value stream.

Position Responsibilities:

• Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.

• Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.

• Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project. Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.

• Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.

• Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

• Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management

• 3+ years of experience with scheduling and Risk Management

• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft project, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote

• 3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment

• 3+ years of experience in Risk Management, Change Management, Estimate at Completion, Cost Management

• 3+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Quality Assurance, or Business Operations

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master +4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Summary pay range: $ 82,000 - $88,000
