The Boeing Company is seeking a Support Integration Lead. In this position you will act as lead for teams and activities within multiple (2 or more) Support Engineering disciplines, execute integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and support the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives. You will also identify resources for organizational activities, provides technical management and leads process improvements, develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners and provide input to technical approaches, products and processes.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops strategic implementation/integration plans and schedules

• Monitors execution of support program KPIs

• Reviews staffing change proposals and assesses business impact

• Researches, documents and provides technical information and supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products and integrated support infrastructure

• Completely understands and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts

• Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies

• Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization.

• Represents organization as a prime contact on projects

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects

• 1+ years of experience leading diverse teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.

• Systematic Problem Solving

• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects

• Experience with Microsoft Suite

Typical Education/ Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $132,600 - $192,050
