The Boeing Global Services (BGS) US Navy Finance team is currently seeking an Experienced Business Unit Integrator - Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Hazelwood, MO .

As an Experienced Business Unit Integrator, you will play a crucial role in the Long-Range Business Plan (LRBP), Estimates at Complete, financial forecasting, and performance reporting for several contracts within our prestigious US Navy portfolio of programs. To excel in this role, we are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of :

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Expertise in long-range business planning, financial forecasting, and estimates at complete

  • Experience in Estimating or Contracts & Pricing (a definite plus)

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversees Responsibility, Accountability, and Authority (RAA) for Estimates at Complete on several US Navy contracts, including robust opportunity and risk development

  • Develops annual long-range business plans (LRBP) and monthly financial forecasting

  • Drives increased financial performance to meet long range business plan (LRBP) and assess financial implications on profit and loss (P&L)

  • Establishes strong partnerships and collaborative relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and peers

  • Provides financial guidance and leadership to new business campaigns and sole source pursuits

  • Supports Executive briefings and special assignments/actions as required

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in finance, accounting, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business, or related role

  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience leading and driving strategies and processes

  • Experience working with and developing a Long-Range Business Plan (LRBP)

  • Experience leading the integration and analysis of resource forecasting and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, financial statements forecasts and/or financial EACs for contracts

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Pay are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $79,050 – $100,000
