Job Description
The Operations Manager will play a vital role in creating and maintaining an efficient system of operation to support business needs. This position entails overseeing engineering and production processes within our facility, necessitating a strong background in engineering and the metal forming industry, as well as a commitment to high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of business operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Serve as a senior leader to the engineering team, developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve production processes and product quality.
Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products and services meet industry standards and customer specifications.
Supervise, mentor, and develop teams across multiple departments while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, working closely with operations and management teams to champion safety.
Understand and manage operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures.
Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, engineering, and operations projects, and improvement initiatives to senior management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. Experience will be considered in lieu of education.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in metal forming, manufacturing, or a similar field.
Extensive experience in engineering and process improvement.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in using engineering and manufacturing tools.
