Nestle Production Supervisor in Hartwell, Georgia

As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for functional leadership on-shift for the employees in the Meat Preparation, Processing, Retort, and Packaging departments. You will also provide on-shift direction to the Maintenance Team as required for on-shift support and troubleshooting.

  • Coordinate and execute day-to-day operations safely and efficiently by managing production operations.

  • Coach and develop staff on continuous improvement efforts, TPM, and leadership skills.

  • Collaborate with the Maintenance team to ensure execution of autonomous maintenance.

  • Maintain inventory levels for raw and packaging ingredients.

  • Managing work schedules, timecards, and other administrative duties.

  • Works with a sense of urgency to complete tasks on a tight time schedule.

  • Willing to work night shift.

RREQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

  • 2+ years of experience in a maintenance, manufacturing, military, or related environment

  • 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, military or related environment

The approximate pay range for this position is $50,000.00 - $90,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
