Oracle NAA Sales Excellence, Program Manager in Hartford, Connecticut
Responsible for driving the delivery and execution of programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency and compliance in support of NAA financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Serves as a liaison with other divisions, subject matter experts and internal team members to identify key priorities and projects to support NAA Sales Excellence team
Measure progress and effectiveness of key programs the NAA Sales Excellence team owns
Responsible for developing a detailed project plan to quickly execute and drive results
Resolves problems in assigned programs while engaging with others in Sales Excellence, and escalates to VP of Sales Excellence as needed
Creates and maintains comprehensive project/program development documentation
Manages project Actions, Risks, Issues and Dependencies, including appropriate escalations and anticipates bottlenecks while balancing business needs with technical constraints
Works across the Sales Excellence team to ensure appropriate communication planning, stakeholder analysis, and change management activities
Takes on adhoc responsibilities as needed to support overall initiatives supporting the distinct functions within Sales Excellence

California Pay Range: from $126,600 to $234,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40 - 70/30.
Colorado Pay Range: from $126,600 to $234,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40 - 70/30.
New York City Pay Range: from $126,600 to $234,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40 - 70/30.
Washington Pay Range: from $126,600 to $234,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40 - 70/30.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
