Position Summary

CVS Health is seeking a FP&A Analyst for the MCIS (Manufacturer Contract Information System) team. As an Analyst you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day functions that consists of contract entries into a database and the qualitative and quantitative review of these contracts negotiated by the Trade Relations team.

Other responsibilities will consist of:

  • Entry of contracts and bids into MCIS

  • Ownership of reporting for delivery to internal and external business partners

  • Collaborating with trade when contract or bid questions arise

  • Quality assurance of contract and bid entries

  • Financial analysis of manufacturer contracts negotiated by the CVS Caremark Trade Relations team

  • Assisting on MCIS related XP (extreme programming) projects

  • User acceptance testing (UAT) for new enhancements made to MCIS

  • Supporting management in the development and maintenance of Ad-Hoc reporting

  • Ability to uptrain others on MCIS

  • Demo MCIS to non-users when needed

  • Maintaining relationships with Trade Relations and other partnering organizations

Required Qualifications

-1 or more years of work experience

-1 or more years and proficiency with Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Managing various projects at once with deadlines

  • Advanced Excel experience

  • Healthcare Finance or PBM experience

  • Experience with contract interpretation

  • Tableau and Alteryx experience

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.80

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
