About the role
CBRE has a technology client that is searching for a smart, motivated professional that will support an Operations team’s program management office. The individual will provide technical program documentation support, including handling program documents, maintaining program records and dashboards, occasionally taking and leading meeting notes, following up on action items, and conducting research.
What you’ll do
Handling the organization and storage of digital files within shared systems
Project managing initial stages of online learning content development, including file organization, material creation, meeting scheduling, subject expert management, issue tracking and reporting, and providing project status updates
Monitoring team communication channels and ensuring information flow
Project managing the training schedule, including leading communications, coordinating with different locations, and tracking activities within the training management platform
Supporting reporting on the usage of resources and providing data-driven insights
Project managing qualification documentation, including file organization, user group and access management, content management, and categorization
Maintaining training records and crafting visual data summaries
Maintaining website content and organizational documentation
Preparing training reports for review meetings and presentations
Providing project management support and planning, including crafting templates for new training materials
Handling requests in the training system, triage and directing them to team members, and tracking status
Monitoring cross-functional team business needs and providing weekly project updates
What you’ll need
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP or CMM preferred.
Experience with program management methods / best practices
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
Passionate about solving complex challenges with bold timelines
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suit products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs, Google Drive, etc. Experience with Smartsheet, Tableau, and LucidChart is helpful
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.
Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and quickly-changing environment

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $105,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
